Why Convert SVG to JPG?

SVG is a vector format built for scalability and editing, but many platforms — social media, older software, and image galleries — expect a standard raster format like JPG. Converting to JPG gives you a universally compatible file ready to upload anywhere.

How to Convert SVG to JPG Online

  • Click "Select SVG Files" or drag and drop your SVG graphics into the box above
  • Adjust the JPG quality slider and choose an output size multiplier
  • Click "Convert to JPG" — rendering happens instantly in your browser
  • Click "Download All JPG Files" to save your converted images

Why Does My SVG Need an Output Size?

SVGs are resolution-independent — they don't have a fixed pixel size the way JPGs do. This tool uses your SVG's defined width and height (or its viewBox) as a base, then applies your chosen multiplier (1x, 2x, or 4x) to render a sharper image, especially useful for SVGs with fine detail or text.

What Happens to Transparent Areas?

JPG doesn't support transparency, so any transparent regions in your SVG — common in logos and icons — are automatically filled with a white background in the converted JPG. If you need to preserve transparency, converting to PNG instead is a better fit.

SVG to JPG — Common Uses

  • Convert a vector logo into a JPG for use in a presentation
  • Prepare SVG icons or illustrations for platforms that don't accept vector files
  • Turn an SVG chart or diagram into a shareable image
  • Create a raster preview image from a vector design file

Is This Converter Safe and Private?

Yes. Every SVG is rendered locally in your browser using the Canvas API. Your files are never uploaded to a server or seen by anyone else.

Is this SVG to JPG converter really free? +
Yes. Converting any number of SVG files to JPG is completely free, with no watermark, no signup, and no limit on how many times you use it.
Is my data safe and private? +
Yes. Every conversion runs locally in your browser using the Canvas API — your SVG files are never uploaded to a server or stored anywhere.
Is there a file size or batch limit? +
There's no hard cap on the number of files. Very large batches, or SVGs converted at 4x, may just take a little longer since everything processes on your own device.
Will I lose quality converting SVG to JPG? +
SVG is resolution-independent, so choosing 2x or 4x output size renders a sharper JPG. At 92% JPG quality (the default) the output looks visually identical to the source.
What happens to transparent areas in my SVG? +
JPG doesn't support transparency, so any transparent parts of your SVG are filled with a white background automatically. Use SVG to PNG instead if you need to keep transparency.
Does this work on mobile? +
Yes. Open this page in your phone's browser, select your SVG files, and convert — no app install needed.
Can I convert multiple SVG files at once? +
Yes. Add as many SVG files as you like and each one converts and downloads as its own JPG.
Do I need to install any software? +
No. This is a fully browser-based tool — there's nothing to download or install on desktop or mobile.
